Enquiries, quotations and orders
Enquiries submitted through the contact page do not create a binding contract. Any quotation, order confirmation or production schedule only becomes valid once it has been accepted and confirmed by Cup Of Tea Co in writing through the proper channels.
Custom tea blending, private label packing, gift orders, hospitality supply and subscription boxes may require lead times, minimum quantities and final artwork approval. Where a client requests a delivery date, we will try to meet it, but timing depends on stock, blending, packing and courier movement across South Africa.

Pricing, payment and stock availability
Prices shown or quoted are subject to change without notice. Final pricing depends on the blend selected, pack format, print requirements, gifting components and the destination for delivery. Unless agreed otherwise, all amounts are quoted in South African Rand.
Stock levels can vary, especially for seasonal teas, gifting items and special pack materials. If an item becomes unavailable, we may suggest a suitable alternative or adjust the order in consultation with the client. Invoices must be settled according to the payment terms supplied with the quotation or order confirmation.
Delivery across South Africa
Courier delivery is available to major centres including Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Bloemfontein, as well as Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Paarl. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by public holidays, load-shedding related delays, weather, access issues or courier route changes.
- Risk in the goods may pass on dispatch, unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.
- Clients must provide correct delivery details and access instructions.
- Parcels not received because of incomplete information may be returned or rebooked at the client’s cost.
- Claims for damaged or missing parcels should be raised as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
Liability, privacy and governing law
Cup Of Tea Co is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, business interruption or any damage caused by misuse of the site, incorrect instructions, third-party courier failure or events beyond our reasonable control.
