Where we work and deliver
We are based in Stellenbosch Central, Western Cape and work with clients in Stellenbosch, Somerset West, Paarl, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Bloemfontein. Courier delivery is available throughout South Africa, including coastal and inland areas. If your delivery site has access rules, loading bay instructions or municipal timing limits, mention them on the form so we can plan accordingly.

Typical response times
We aim to reply to most enquiries within 1 business day, and often sooner during normal working hours. Orders that need blending, custom packing or larger quantities may need a bit more time for confirmation, especially when labels, quantities or delivery dates are still being finalised. If your request is urgent, say so in the form and we will prioritise it where possible.
During busy periods and public holidays, responses may take a little longer, but we do our best to keep you updated.
