What working with us looks like
Based in Stellenbosch Central, our day-to-day work moves between blending loose-leaf teas, packing orders, preparing gifts and making sure courier parcels leave on time. Some days are steady, other days come with school holiday spikes, load-shedding adjustments or a big corporate order that needs extra hands and careful checking.
We value people who arrive on time, follow instructions and take pride in neat work. If you enjoy a hands-on role and can keep your head down when things are busy, you will fit in well here.
Roles we commonly hire for
We do not keep a fixed vacancy list on this page, but we often look for people in the areas below when the business grows or seasonal demand picks up.
- Tea blending and production support
- Packing, labelling and stock control
- Customer care and order administration
- Corporate gifting and presentation packing
- Courier fulfilment and dispatch coordination
- Hospitality and retail support
Experience helps, but it is not the only thing we look at. A steady work ethic, good communication and an eye for detail can count for a lot.
Skills that help you settle in fast
Tea work may sound simple, but there is a lot behind a good cup. Accuracy matters when weighing ingredients, sealing bags, matching labels and keeping special instructions straight for private label packs or wedding favours.
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Basic computer confidence for order admin
- Care with packaging and presentation
- Ability to work neatly and consistently
- Comfort with physical work and standing for long periods
- Flexibility during busy gifting and year end periods
Our environment and standards
We work with food products, so cleanliness, hygiene and safe handling are non negotiable. Team members are expected to keep work areas tidy, follow production steps properly and respect timing when batches need to be completed for dispatch across South Africa.
Because we serve clients in Stellenbosch, Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban and Bloemfontein, we need people who understand that deadlines matter. Courier cut off times, stock counts and customer instructions all need attention, even when it is a hot day or the power is off for a while.
How to apply
If you would like to be considered for future openings, send your CV through the enquiry form on our contact page. Please include a short note telling us what kind of work you are looking for, the area you are based in and any relevant experience.
- Upload or paste your CV through the contact enquiry form
- Tell us which role area suits you best
- Include your current town or suburb
- Mention any tea, packing, retail or admin experience
We review applications as suitable openings come up and keep strong CVs on file for later consideration.
Why people stay with us
Our work is steady, practical and varied. One week you may be helping with a tea tasting session in Somerset West, the next you may be packing hospitality stock for a hotel in Cape Town or preparing subscription boxes for delivery to Durban. That mix keeps the work interesting.
We also believe in giving people clear instructions and proper support. If you show initiative, learn quickly and take care with the small things, you will find a place here.
